A Setting → System → Service → Full Reset

Manufacturer Service default password: DD/MM
(The date displayed at the top right corner of the device.)
(Example: October 7th / Password: 0710)
QECG / Cardio 10 / The touch function is not working properly.expand_more
A 1. On the boot screen, you will see the following message in the upper left corner.
"if you want touch calibration, click COPY key"

2. When this message appears, press the COPY button on the bottom of the device.

3. Check all the cross marks on the screen.

If the symptom is not resolved by touch correction, please apply for the service.
